Join us for our monthly Ubuntu Virtual Global Networking event on Thursday 29 January 2026, 12:00 GMT
Attending our monthly global networking event, on the last Thursday of each month, not only provides a valuable platform to connect with professionals from diverse industries but also embraces the spirit of ubuntu, a fundamental philosophy deeply rooted in South African culture.
We’ll be hosting two dynamic networking sessions during the webinar, where attendees can connect across industries, share knowledge, and exchange ideas. Ubuntu emphasizes the interconnectedness and importance of community, fostering a sense of togetherness and collaboration.
Our virtual networking events offer numerous benefits such as:
- Expanding professional connections, in the UK and SA
- Knowledge sharing
- Exchanging ideas and business challenges
- Unlocking career opportunities
- Enhancing visibility
- Fostering a sense of emotional support and camaraderie
Our speaker this month will be Schalk Bezuidenhout.
Schalk is a South African comedian hailing from Kempton Park in the East Rand, who turned a childhood of traditional Afrikaans-life into an energetic, boundary-breaking stage persona. After completing his drama studies at the University of Cape Town, he launched his stand-up career in 2011 and has since performed around the world, bringing fun, energy and universal appeal to audiences of all kinds.
Today, Schalk uses his stage to challenge norms, spark unexpected laughter and build bridges between people, making him an ideal speaker for our Ubuntu gathering.
This event is Free of charge to attend but booking is essential. The Zoom link will be emailed nearer the time.
