Mrs Ruth Leas for her exceptional leadership of Investec Bank in the UK. She joined the Bank in 1998 in SA, moved to the UK office in 2002 and in July 2016 she was appointed as an Executive Director to the Board of Investec Bank plc, then as Chief Risk Officer in June 2017 and then as Chief Executive Officer in November 2019. As one of only nine female CEOs in the FTSE 250 index, Ruth is focused on driving belonging, diversity and inclusion at Investec and in the financial services industry. His Excellency Kingsley Mamabolo, South African diplomat who has served as Ambassador to the UN and acted as Chair of the Group of 77 and China, Ambassador to the African Union, served in Darfur as Deputy Joint Special Representative for the African Union-United Nations Hybrid Operation and served as High Commissioner to Nigeria, Zimbabwe and currently to London. A man who is passionate about golf.
