From Data Mess to GDPR Success: How to Manage Unstructured Data

You are cordially invited to join us for a webinar with Kim Bøgeskov Andersen – UK Partnership Manager, SafeOnline, in partnership with the Danish UK Association, to learn about data protection and storage. The webinar will take place on Teams from 12pm on Thursday, 3rd July 2025.

Every UK business is responsible for managing large volumes of unstructured data – from emails and PDFs to HR files and shared documents. While these may seem like admin clutter, they carry significant GDPR risk for storing the data, and HR compliance risks in the absence of records – especially concerning:

• Right to Work checks
• Employment contracts and documentation
• PAYE and payroll records
• Leave and sickness records

Failure to record, store and manage these records properly can lead to hefty fines, legal issues, or failed audits.
