Welcome to Our New SACC Members
Dr Winston Mano is a Full Professor and a member of the University of Westminster’s top-rated Communication and Media Research Institute (CAMRI). Mano is also the Founding Director of the Africa Media Centre and the Course Director for the MA in Media and Development. He is also the Founder/Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of African Media Studies as well as a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
I’m Jonathan Lief, a Chartered Accountant based in London, with over seven years’ experience across a top-ten global accounting firm and senior in-house finance roles at RSM, Deliveroo and Moonpig. I recently founded NewLief as a modern firm of Chartered Accountants, providing tailored accounting, tax and advisory support with a genuinely personal service. I work predominantly with SMEs, as well as individuals, helping them stay compliant, make informed financial decisions and grow with confidence.
I was especially keen to join SACC UK as both my parents are South African, as is my partner. I feel a particularly strong connection to my South African heritage and its wonderful culture and community. Please do reach out — I look forward to connecting with fellow SACC members.
