Miranda Daniels is a qualified accountant with over 10 years’ experience across audit, financial management, and trust administration.
Originally from Cape Town, she trained at Deloitte before moving to the Isle of Man in 2016 to join KPMG, where she specialised in financial services, funds, and investment valuations.
Now at Charterhouse Lombard, Miranda supports the board with financial management and reporting, contributes to innovative projects, and is a key specialist on South African matters, designing tailored structures for South African clients.

Kirstin du Tertre is a dual-qualified Residential Property Solicitor and Associate in Residential Real Estate with over eight years of experience across South Africa and the UK.
After qualifying as an Attorney and Conveyancer in South Africa in 2013, she moved to the UK and later qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2018.
She specialises in residential property matters, including leasehold and freehold sales, purchases, remortgages, mortgage finance, and lender representation, acting for both UK and international clients. Her cross-border legal background and practical conveyancing expertise make her a trusted advisor in a wide range of residential property transactions.

James Mattinson is Senior Vice President at HIVED, the zero‑emissions delivery business reinventing urban logistics.
He previously worked at Bain & Company, advising clients across Johannesburg, Dubai and London, and brings a strong commercial perspective grounded in his background as an economist.

Charnay Cooper is Associate Director, Global Markets – Corporate & Institutional Sales at HSBC, where she advises multinational corporates on FX, Rates, Fixed Income, Liquidity, and Precious Metals solutions.
She is relationship‑driven, commercially focused, and experienced across both global and emerging markets.

Suzanne Booyens is a Senior Associate at Clyde & Co, advising local and international insurers on complex litigation and coverage disputes.
Her career spans two continents, from the High Court of South Africa to the London insurance market, bringing a decade of hands‑on experience across high‑stakes, cross‑border matters.
Guided by the principles of Ubuntu, Suzanne is known as a pragmatic problem‑solver and bridge‑builder, focused on creating meaningful impact for clients
