Genius Methods invites you to the next in the Genius Nuggets series: We are all human and we are all biased. We are all human and we want our own way. We are all human and we only know what we have experienced or learnt. So how do we manage bias? How do we influence appropriately? How do we resist undue influence - so that we make the right decision, the best decision every time? We shall, over a number of Genius Nuggets sessions, determine the types and risk of bias, we will look at solutions processes to negate bias impact. The result is that you will have a toolset to support you promoting best board outcomes and also to determine and make the right decisions that are in the best interest of the business.
